 fourth exercising is upright rowing in which TST 11 barbell is raised with slim hand spacing to TST 11 area of TST 11 chin, decreased to hands' duration and TST 11 movement repeated. This is commonly for TST 11 trapeziums muscle tissue (which lie between TST 11 neck and TST 11 shoulder socket on pinnacle of TST 11 shoulders) - so a specific muscle is targeted this time.
