Zyplex Vitamin C - something I've usually stuck by using and something to help you loads. Since you're continually tearing your muscle mass, you need in order to restore them - and that's what Vitamin C is famed for. Take as a minimum 1g a day, but don't have greater than 3.Five - it is poisonous.
